Active ingredients per tablet:
Guar Gum
Derived from the seed endosperm of the guar plant, this herb is mostly used to help curb the appetite by acting as a fibre supplement with a full glass of water to provide a feeling of fullness. Guar Gum acts as a thickener and is one of the most efficient water thickening agents known.
Kelp Powder
Kelp, a seaweed or brown algae from the depths of the ocean, is rich in many nutritional elements. It contains iodine and therefore helps to maintain healthy metabolism.
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6)
Vitamin B6 has many nutritional properties. It is necessary in the body for the metabolism of lipids and carbohydrates and therefore supports fat metabolism.
Psyllium Seed Husks
Psyllium husks provide an excellent source of dietary fibre and supports healthy digestion and maintains regularity. The fibre from pysllium promotes a natural feeling of fullness without the sensation of 'feeling bloated'.
Bromelains and Papain

Directions For Use
