What is your refund policy?
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 5 days of receipt. To initiate a claim, customers must email support@enervite.com.au with a written explanation including the date, time, location of inspection, and photographic proof of the damage. Approved claims will be replaced with stock equal to the original purchase value, and returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Perishable goods (such as vitamins and supplements), custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
